This is the second time I've used your company for plumbing needs, and I must say I'm very impressed yet again. I called to have a drain pipe for my new dishwasher relocated as the initial drain put in by someone else was done incorrectly for the new appliance, and my installer couldn't finish his job.On the day the plumber was to arrive, I got a call from your office saying that the plumber may be running a bit late and could be just outside the window of 12 to 3 p.m. In spite of a possible later arrival, Michael G. arrived right inside the window. He let me know exactly what it would cost to fix this problem and I found the price to be fair and reasonable. I can't say enough nice things about this pleasant and informative fellow who really knew what he was doing. Even our old cat who is afraid of any strangers coming into the house didn't run and hide from him, not even when he had to use the saw. Michael did a fantastic job and left everything in pristine condition. The job is now done and done well. My installer is coming back to finish his part.
