DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Currently going through insurance to rectify a 25k blunder on their part. Superior plumbing sent out a tech that illegally installed a gas hot water tank with pex lines coming direct from the tank. Less than 2mths later the lines blew and caused a massive flood to the whole lower level of my home. In short - their response to how they were going to rectify was deny, deny, deny. Had to attend their main office in Mississauga because they quit answering my calls. After giving me the runaround my husband attended and they outright lied about their identities. These guys are scammers. Avoid them at all cost! They will take your money and not honour their work, but rather seek any opportunity they can to avoid accountability. Steve is about as shady as they come. Full insurance report received. Next step - report to technical standards safety authority in hopes these guys can’t do this to someone else. Please, please, save your money and don’t make the same mistake I did. Hire a reputable company!
What a pleasure to work with this company! We had an issue with water leaking into the basement, after the SP team did their troubleshooting, we foudn the root cause was a snapped T pipe coming from the kitchen sink. I called the company the day of a major snow storm, Adam came the same day, just a couple hours after my call to look into the problem.Adam was very good at his diagnostic and at explaining the process to get the issue fixed. Once we agreed to proceed, Raz came by a couple hours later, SAME DAY! It took a couple hours to resolve the problem and flush the drains for peace of mind in the future. Everything went well and the team was tidy and caring about our questions and concerns.,Finally I have peace of mind. I can't say enough about SP and the team of professionals they have. I was impressed all around, especially at how quickly they were here and their professionalism to get the issue resolved.Thank you! I will definetely keep their number handy if I have any future problems.

I called superior in the morning and had a plumber within 3 hours to diagnose and fix our broken furnace. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful while wearing boot covers to not ruin my carpet. They made me a member so I will get 10% my next visit as well. This company needs more recognition for the fast work they deliver professionally.
