Had kitchen sink and faucet replaced January 2025.February 2026 speedway gave out,flooding my kitchen and a little water damage basementceiling.Was not tight enough.I retightened it.Called to see if they could spare 15 minutes to come and reverify that everything was nice and tight for my peace of mind. Wanted to charge me.Refused to pay.Siaid it was my fault because I use the sink's pullout and it knocks the speedway.Nonsense.DO NOT USe THIS COMPANY!!!

I used COPA plumbing on two occasions and have been very impressed with there team. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Work was done with respect to high quality standards. Service plumber was able to provide solutions to some complex problems with back water valves and pumps. As well as solve a nagging problem for a washer overflow issues. Well done.
