I am remodeling my master bathroom and need to pick out everything that is needed for the shower system and bathroom vanity sinks and they found the style I liked and had most of what I needed in stock that same day! Telmo was amazing and made sure that I had all the shower valves and little details that I didn’t even know I needed. He had everything ready for me and even put it in the trunk of my car. The entire appointment took less than 45 minutes. It was an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.
This store saved my business from being shut down! My flammable vapor sensor for my hot water heater malfunctioned, so I was scrambling to find a replacement - I could not find one in store anywhere, and I couldn’t wait for the part to be shipped in because this water heater is used in a busy restaurant. Based on a recommendation from the AO SMITH service tech over the phone, I called Atlantic Plumbing in Newark, because apparently they had the last in store stock of this sensor in NJ! (I’d have to wait a couple of days for it to be shipped in from Tennessee). I was helped by Nathan, who was aware of my emergency and was willing to keep the store open for me past their closing time of 5PM to let me pick up in person. I got there at 5:05 PM sharp and he handed my sensor to me and I was on my way (I had paid via card over the phone). The health inspector came in to inspect my restaurant the very following morning, and had my water heater still been down, I would not have passed. THANK YOU NATHAN AND ATLANTIC PLUMBING SUPPLY FOR LITERALLY SAVING MY BUSINESS! They will have supplies that even your plumbers suppliers don’t have on hand at a moments notice!

I recently ordered a Water Heater from Atlantic Plumbing Supply in Newark NJ. My initial experience left much to be desired primarily due to the failure of one of the Sales Rep to keep me abreast of my order status and after several weeks of not being able to provide me with verifiable information regarding my order.Because of this experience I voiced my dissatisfaction in writing online. Within 1 hour the Company’s Owner reached out to me personally, apologized, investigated the issue with the supplier, the sales rep and was able to provide resolution over one weekend. (Response and Resolution in 1 Day to be specific). The customer service provided Atlantic Plumbing Supply and its owner was nothing but stellar. They were able to isolate the issues and remove the barriers. My Water Heater has finally arrived and is set to be installed this weekend. I will continue to do business with Atlantic Plumbing Supply with full confidence and the lower tax rate at this location is a small added bonus too. I will highly recommend Atlantic Plumbing Supply to all my friends and family.
