I was looking for a specific boiler part and had no luck despite calling several places—no one was able to help. When I reached out to Crosstown Plumbing, Dario was fantastic. He took the time to review the photos I sent, identified the exact part I needed, and had it in stock and ready for pickup the next day.As a business owner who deals with vendors all the time, this was a great experience. Highly recommend Crosstown Plumbing, and a big shout-out to Dario for the excellent service!
They have mostly everything you need however be ready to wait an hour to receive the part because the guys up front talk more then they work.Came back today 08/1/2025 and it was the total opposite everything moved fast and these guys are always super helpful and once again they had a rare part that I needed
Great service. Had the pieces I needed immediately. Great customer service. Very friendly. Perfect location to go for all plumbing needs
Worst plumbing supply in the area. Lenny or Lenny son should change the guys in the front or have a different system in place. Waited for 40 mins for a clerk to become available. Very poor service. The store was empty. I see why. I will not come back here. HomeDepot from now on Or Local plumbing supply.
Hello , I am from Easton Pennsylvania, I’ve live in multiple states , currently. Connecticut, New Jersey, etc.. now I’ve been to a lot of plumbing stores. I can honestly say. This is by far the best. Don’t let the outside of the store fool you. It’s very nice inside and the workers are great. especially William Galiano. I had a greasy pipe that the person helping me refused to remove. I told him I would pay, he said he can’t.Then I say William walk past. I stated that the last time I had this issue William helped me, and he said I’m sorry. I was puzzled because he sold me the piece but I had no way to use it..So I slide over to William and asked if he would kindly remove it, without hesitation! Done. And he wrap in in that sided tape , I believe to keep it from leaking. So I definitely left a tip. Also the lays at the window were extremely great with their customer service. I give 10 stars I been here a few times they are great, except that one guy, n I though for sure he would help. You know other races stick together, but nope, a man of opposite skin was first to help every-time, even though, he is me. I believe he may be Mexican or pr or sumn. But we are all the same. One consciousness! One light!
