I had a slow floor drain in my basement. I called a company that I had seen on a commercial quite often. After they showed up in their flashy big truck and gave me a $13,000.00 estimate, for my drain and bunch of stuff that i had not even mentioned, without even bringing any equipment into my house to check anything, I decided to get a second opinion and called In-Law Plumbing. They showed up the same day even after i said it wasn't an emergency. They fixed my problem and were gone in about 20 minutes. Cost was less than $200. They were quick, clean, honest and affordable. I should have called them first.
I find it very challenging to get a company that is not pushing their technicians to upsell you on services, but this company looked promising based on my search. I explained to in law plumbing that I had new pvc piping put in by a different company, but the pipe was still leaking. I said I was worried the work would need to be re done, and the person I spoke with was super knowledgeable and said it was likely a much more simple solution than that. They got someone out the very next morning, and it was in fact a simple task of re-sealing the toilet. I greatly appreciate the honest and prompt work. Highly recommend
