Calvin was great. The valve at our water main in the house failed and they were able to come within an hour, another hour later new valve and no leak. It was expensive but you get what you pay for and they did a great job.
If I could give D&F Plumbing 10 stars I would! What unbelievable service. I needed a backflow installed in a sprinkler system ASAP.When I called in I expected to get a call center or some other kind of runaround.Instead Danielle answered the phone,listened to my problem and said these magic words "We can have someone out there today .He will give you an estimate and if you approve it he will have everything on the truck to complete the job."A short time later I got a text confirming my appointment and introducing me to Nathan the plumbing pro that would be solving my problem. They even set me up with a tracker so that I would know when Nathan was going to arrive. Nathan could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. He quickly accessed the situation , provided a reasonable estimate and got to work.I am very satisified with his work and with D & F Plumbing.
