It was great having service technician Arturo Walker. After checking out the problem, he gave some options from low price to high price. He wanted to try out the low price first and see how that goes.After successfully trying out the low cost and it worked, he even took the toilet brush and clean inside the toilet which he didn’t have to. He was a really nice person also. I would definitely call again with any other issues.
Derek and Chuck were both very organized and expert repairing our sewer drain. The prep protection for our furnished basement where a wall needed to be cut and our outdoor garden which had to be dug up to access the sewer line was exceptional as was the clean up after the work was completed. They both were kind and respectful of our property...wore protective boot covers before entering our home.They worked so well together as a team. Derek was able to place a new easy access to the sewer line behind a door in our basement rather a cut out in the wall where it had previously been located. We also had support from Matt the field supervisor for this project. Grateful to Roto-Rooter in RI and would highly recommend them.
I was very impressed with this Roto rooter serviceman. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything upfront after he assessed my situation. I felt I could trust him. He proved to be an impressive plumber. I was having trouble with my toilet leaking and needed urgent help. He was more than willing to help. He fixed my toilet and cleaned everything up and I thanked him for coming to my emergency. He said no problem and if you have any other questions or issues don’t hesitate to call him. He looked at some other things I claimed to be issues in the house. Ryan said I can take care of those issues just call. I feel like this is my new problem solver for my plumbing needs.
