My experience with Plomberie Fortin in the Quebec City area was extremely disappointing. The quality of their customer service leaves much to be desired: a blatant lack of professionalism, an arrogant tone on the phone, and a complete absence of follow-up. Communication with the company is truly problematic; on the phone, the tone is curt and unpleasant, giving the impression that the customer is a nuisance rather than being served. This attitude, combined with a near-total lack of professionalism, demonstrates a profound lack of consideration for customers. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your plumbing work.

I simply try to call with an emergency for our building with busted pipes. The man who answer literaly hang up on me once he realized I couldn't confirm if we used his service in the past. I was calling on the behalf of the other co-owners. He started raising his voice, being arrogant and disrespectful while I am only trying to find a solution to our plumbing issue. I can only imagine the type of service they can provide. I wish I could give - 5 stars for his unprofessional treatment of a possible customer. Never calling there again and will highly recommand NO ONE to call their service either.We talk to barely 2minutes, hope this was the last time ever.
