Recently had 3 service calls with Aquarius within the last 3 weeks. Absolute **top notch** service each & every time. First was when we noticed our old water heater to be leaking, late in the day. We decided to rent a new unit, and gave Aquarius a call. The young lady in the office sent 2 young men over that night. They had the old unit out, and the new one in within the hour. A few days later Tyler came out to service our furnaces for their yearly checkup. He even gave a great tip for the best furnace filter to use! Today, 3 of the guys showed up to replace our very old air exchanger. This is a company that understands air exchangers very well. These workers are all very, very polite, respectful and ensure the customer understands how to operate & maintain their equipment. And they totally clean up after themselves. They are the front-face of the company, and represent it very well! Highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing/heating matters you need taken care of.
We replaced our furnace recently. We received quotes from several companies. Aquarius responded quickly to our questions and provided a competitive quote (not the cheapest though). They arrived on schedule to install the furnace and there were no surprises with the billing.
AMAZING service!!! We needed some "almost urgent" repairs performed and right from the initial phone call in to the arrival of the technician I knew we were going to be ok! The Service tech Riley showed up, and immediately was able to identify a few concerns that I knew about and a few recommendations I wasn't aware of! This young man is a definite asset to the business!! Very polite and professional, knew right away what needed to be done and got it handled.The price is right, the service is right, and I will be calling in to have some upgrades performed in the house knowing that these guys are going to get it done right!
