Austin and Tanner were very polite, friendly and professional. They were also efficient, in that they did the test and executed the work needed, in a timely manner, so I was able to attend to another appointment.Lastly, Austin took the time to explain about the work they did, why and what to expect in the days ahead and finally assured me that if any problem arise I could reach out to the office, let them know and they would assist. They even took the time to clean up after themselves and packed back stuff in the cabinet below the sink.I received good customer service from the time I booked the appointment to when the work was done.Keep up the good work!

We moved into a new home recently and we were aware our portion of the sewer line had to be replaced. We called Mr. Rooter to book this service (we have used their services in the past). And we were booked for early May 2026.We were contacted recently and advised that due to a cancellation, we could be moved up to early Nov. 2025. Which we agreed to.Prior to this, a technician had come onsite to inspect things and advise on the work to be done. Very thorough and professional.During the actual work phase, which took 2.5 days (as expected) The lead tech and his crew were punctual, professional and communicated well with us on the process.They had identified problem areas with our sewer system and recommended installing a sump pit and pump (which we did not have) and were able to evacuate the sump discharge outside the house, but that meant cutting into drywall in the basement, which they did but closed it up afterwards very nicely, it will take minimal work to patch over it by us. They kept the job sites outside and inside clean and tidy as well.Very impressed with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.Thank you Andrew Jackson for the excellent service!
