Wow, don’t know where to begin. The worst plumbing contractor I’ve come across in 35 years in the general contracting business. Maybe hire them to switch out a toilet if you can’t find someone else. Anything more complicated call someone with actual commercial or multi family experience. You’ve been warned.
On July 8th 2024 we got a plumbing issues with overflowing at laundry drain pipe and plugged sink on my rental house. Called this place 8am and plumber (Eric) showed little after 10am and finished work around 1pm same day. He did excellent work even though there’s limited access for the job. In the end the work took 3-4 hours and costed $435. Anyone needs quick and reliable plumbing work done, I definitely recommend it.

Adrian was very responsive, personable and professional over the phone and by email. Steven came to address an issue with the gas furnace and provided heating maintenance within the week I called for service at short notice. After this positive experience, I asked them to replace a leaking pressure release valve, which they also completed within the week at a competitive price. Everything works great. Adrian certainly delivered on the name of his business. I can finally have some peace of mind again after he identified the source of our ceiling leak and had it fixed in no time at all. Adrian was friendly, willing to answer my plumbing questions, wore a mask and maintained a safe distance, and billed what he had quoted me before starting his work. Very fair pricing and excellent workmanship. He also gave good advice about how to deal with some mold that he discovered in the ceiling. Hope I never get a leak again but would definitely call Adrian's company up again for repairs or renovations. Thanks again!
