Westrim has been our plumbers for a few years. They replaced the poly-b with PEX and checked our plumbing system when we asked for help. They recently replaced our hot water tank that was toward the end of its life cycle. They did an excellent job. Everything is updated with current building code. Estimate over emails with pictures and site visit beforehand for specs etc. Great administration team Mario and Adam. Their technicians are top of notch, friendly polite hardworking Canadians. They explain and answer our questions and concerns beyond the scope of AI answers we could find. Westrim always gives customers options and find us good solutions even when homeowners are in vulnerable situations. We appreciate their work.

Just had my high efficiency heating boiler serviced by Westrim. Richard, the techician, did an excellent job. The parts were taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. Helped me troubleshooting the logout issues that I had since installed. I asked Richard a lot of questions and he provided me the answers in detail. Their rates are very reasonable and they would not recommend to do any work that is not necessary. It is very hard to find both a professional and honest plumber like Westrim these days. This is my second or third experience with Westrim and this company does not disappoint! Jared came by and fixed a minor leak most expeditiously - and even had enough time left to re-spray the galvanized piping. Double checked all appliances and reconfirmed all items before leaving the premises, with a very reasonable rate to boot. Will definitely get another call from me when it's time for annual boiler maintenance. You are in good hand with Westrim!
