Holy smokes these guys are great! Hot water heater bit the dust unexpectedly in the evening and these guys were immediately responsive with a new quote and install booking in less than hour. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for Boss Plumbing and Garrett. I’ve had multiple issues with our HVAC system and plumbing. Each time I’ve reached out to Garrett I have been met with the highest professionalism, integrity and follow through. He was patient with me and took the time to listen and fully attend to each situation I presented him with. It was similar to calling up a good friend who was there to take care of me in a very sincere and caring way. This was then backed up by technicians being sent who were efficient, very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do.Each time they arrived to deal with the different issues I was having, including; heat not working, leaking pipes, blocked drains and sinks not draining properly they were able to repair and resolve the problems with efficiency and in a timely manner.
