I was kept informed throughout the entire journey and love that they sent a little bio about the tech who was going to show up at my house along with a picture. Nice touch especially with the bad actors that are out there these days. Wes our technician was polite professional and completed the work to specifications. I’m super happy

I’ll be honest. I am a little disappointed in the callout side of things but overall would recommend Centennial for your plumbing needs.Hot water heater sprung a leak Saturday night. Was able to get water shut off before it spread too far and got it all cleaned up. Sunday morning decided to try Centennial to try and get it replaced Gave my information to the dispatcher, explained that tank was leaking at suspected a crack in side of the tank. Opted to pay extra and have tech come out as soon as they could.My expectations were maybe too high but tech agreed a replacement was likely even before making it to the basement to look at it. Got me a quote and I accepted but couldn’t be done until Monday. If I had known it wasn’t going to get replaced that day I would have waited rather than spending the extra money.Monday afternoon Ethan showed up and did an excellent job. Replaced a shutoff that was leaking above the tank at no extra charge. Upgraded exhaust to code. Explained everything he had done, the warranty and am quite happy with his work.I’d recommend Centennial again, just be aware that there are limitations on the weekend and after hours.
Centennial was wonderful - prompt, professional, and fair! From the booking process to the journeyman's arrival, the communications were prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional. We were given a quote after the assessment and prior to the work starting, so we knew exactly what to expect. Nathan was an absolute lifesaver! Amazing intake process. The staff was so nice, funny and knowledgable. We received a call back within 24 hours letting us know that we would have a service tech on his way. Colton showed up and was amazing to work with, Walked us through what was the issues and taught us things that we needed to know for the future. This was an amazing experience. Appreciate the time each employee took to make sure we were happy, had heat and an awesome experience.Even down to the text message with our tech details, a picture of him and all of his experience that we were confident we had the right guy.Thank you !
