They were at my house within two hours to repair a gas leak. Both techs were excellent!They said that it would take about an hour to fix three shut off valves, had the parts with them and were done In the hour ! I have never had better service.The lady on the phone also very efficient and extremely friendly. An intelligent person answering the phone sold me immediately and I couldn't of been happier.Thanks
It was easy and quick to get an appointment for a non-emergency service. The service tech was very efficient, friendly, and ensured that I was aware and understood everything he did and that I was satisfied before he left. I appreciate that they wear shoe covers in the house to keep things as clean as possible. Great service, will use Waterbury again.
Needed a service call on a Sunday due to the furnace not working and it was 4 degrees. Will called me back in 10 minutes and was at my door in an hour. He was friendly and efficient and completed the minor repair and spent a few minutes explaining the repair and offered me some tips to try if it happens again. Very happy with Waterbury over the years.
I had an expansion tank added to my hot water heater. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had! They are very good at explaining what and why something needs done. They are fast, adorable, and friendly. Very honest and dependable from what I saw. I will be going to them from now on.
