Angela Schneider on Bishop's Plumbing & Heating

An amazing experience the gentleman that came to our home very polite very kind very respectful. They worked with my husband. They answered any questions he had and they did it very respectfully I would recommend them to anybody.

Bishop's Plumbing came in absolutely clutch after we ran into a dilemma. Our bathroom renovations have been held up since we were in need of a plumber. We had a recommendation for a man named Paul Bartlett; apparently his expertise and skill was excellent but I can honestly say his communication and consideration for customers is awful.

He bailed on us less than twenty-four hours after providing a material list and informed us that the base corner cabinet in the kitchen had to go - which we ripped out in preparation for him to do the work. The following morning, he informed my partner that he was "too busy and to find someone else."

I'm glad he did show this undesirable side, because the crew at Bishop's came in on the same day and hooked up our new tub with no issues whatsoever. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable; the fact that they came in the same day and hooked everything up properly to get ready for backsplash and tiles on the floor was beyond appreciated. We cannot thank them enough for giving us such a fair price in a very tight bind.

I would definitely recommend Bishop's if you are looking for quick service at a fair price for the quality that you get. They do very good work and their customer service is something you don't get at every turn in the trades.

Good friendly and quick service. Questionable pricing. $110/hr for labor, a 50% markup on parts, and I had to pay the guy to go to Kent for basic supplies that he should have had on hand. It was a small job, half the labor cost was the Kent run.

Great friendly service. Very efficient. Quick to replace my hot water tank with take away service of my old tank. Highly recommend their service.

Ross Thornhill on Bishop's Plumbing & Heating

Called them on Tuesday for a blocked drain at my parents place. I wasn't able to be present so I had it arranged for my parents to call me when they arrived so that I could let them know what I had already done. No show on Wednesday, "job their on is taking longer than expected" "Will schedule you for Thursday, shouldn't be a problem" No show on Thursday. No calls either of these days to give any updates. Friday lunch time they arrive, "Don't need to talk to him, we'll figure it out" 1.5 hrs putting snakes done the drain. Drain is only 1.5" and 50+ feet in length. Before calling we had tried a 35' snake and went all the way out. I wanted them to cut in a cleanout in the crawl space at about the 1/2 way point. Now 1.5 hrs later "We'll have to go to plan B, put in a cleanout at 1/2 way point, unfortunately we need to go back to our previous job." Called the office and explained the situation, "Ya they needed to finish up that other job and it will be Monday now." I explain what happened how they didn't want to talk and wasted that time. 1.5 hr they could have the cleanup put in, "Well I guess you should have been there to explain it to them, sounds like you know all about it, you'd be better off calling someone else." 1/2 hr Saturday and I did it myself.
