Very professional from start to finish. Had a couple of plumbing issues needing attention. Receptionist was very sweet and got us booked in quickly. Our tech, Mason, was a real pleasure. My daughter and her husband were looking at buying a house. I was assisting them in the process in areas that they weren't familiar with . I reached out to 4 St John's companies to inquire on inspecting weeping tile with a camera . Left 4 mgs. and no one returned my calls . So I made one call to Rooter .Call was answered immediately by Sarah . Found her to be very professional and dependable. Technician showed up prepared and got the job done to our satisfaction. This company is amazing!Damian came by and he was absolutely fantastic! He fixed the bolt and seal quickly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to check over all my drains and the rest of the bathroom just to be safe, which I really appreciated. He was professional, thorough, and very very kind. I found the service to be excellent. The technician, Dion was efficient, knowledgeable and very clear in explaining what was being done. He cleaned up when he was finished and was professional from start to finish. In addition, the office staff were all of the above. Though I don't know the persons name, she too was excellent, and always professional. Satisfied customer.
