100% RECOMEND excellent emergency service. Very courteous staff. Great response time and got the issue resolved!!! It was a city issue not mine, but they got it all figured out. Once again highly recommended. Will be using them for all my other rentals.
Very disappointing experience. The person was on-site for less than an hour but sent an invoice charging for 2 full hours. When I questioned it with proof, the office simply brushed it off as if it were normal practice. This comes across as dishonest and unprofessional. I will not use their service again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone who inflates their time like this — be careful not to get overcharged.
Brad responded promptly to my first message. His plumber attended quickly and inspected the building. I received a quote in short order and the work and inspection and paperwork were completed very quickly. Very satisfied with how efficiently everything was completed and on budget. Highly recommended.
It is hard to give this review without the whole story, but I will try to make it brief.Our rental hot water heater blew, and our service provider would not replace it because the gas line was in the way, even though they were the ones who put it there when they installed the old water heater in the first place. :(B. Gibson Mechanical, not even fit us in at the last minute even though they were booked solid.Their gas fitter Mark saw the potential issues with were Reliance wanted the gas line modified and was able to figure out the best course of action.Mark was fast, efficient and his experience showed with his manner. And was polite and upbeat even though he had to crawl though a dug out to get the job done! :)I will use them whenever the need arises for their skill set. And highly recommend them to others.
Had Brad and crew do a lead service line replacement for. Brad was excellent when he came to give us the quote. Explained the work and the necessary permits needed from the city. They took care of all the paperwork and helped us get started on the loan process with the city. Arrived at 8:30am on a Friday, had all the work done and water back on before 4pm, same day. His crew was polite and efficient. Thanks for everything!
