Our experience with Craig Plumbing has been great! Our bathroom was old and in desperate need of a renovation. The team at Craig Plumbing helped us through the many steps which were part of the process, from design to completion.The whole project was less stressful largely because of their people. From day one of the demolition of our old bathroom to the final day of installation, we were very impressed with each member of the Craig Plumbing team. Everyone was polite, talented, and patient with us. They were very careful to minimize the impact on our home during the project.A construction project succeeds largely because of the crafts people who dedicate themselves to doing the job right. It was wonderful to see how well the Craig team worked together. Having their own in-house talent makes a real difference. They coordinated the supply of flooring through Pierce Florcraft, and tiles through Anttila Tiles. Both of those companies gave us great service and helped us with our product choices.You hear a lot of horror stories about renovations. We were so relieved that Craig Plumbing delivered what they promised! My experience at Craig Plumbing began with Sue - her and her husband own this family business.Giving me insight on all of her selection, once I chose the hot tub my wife and I agreed on, Sue helped me choose all of the options that this tub could be equipped with... She also helped me choose each individual jet pack by giving me personal feedback on almost all of them (all of the ones she had tried - which was nearly all of them).That said, we ordered our tub and now all we had to do was wait. Once it arrived, we very quickly realized that we liked this tub better then our old one (even though the sticker price was nearly 10k less than the previous one after taxes). But most importantly, we've had and continue to have great customer service. There were a few difficulties with the tub at first, trying to sort it out and understand how to use it, but they had their own very friendly and helpful technician Brian come over several times and he managed to resolve the issues.Believe me when I say this, the hot tub should always come second to the service you'll receive following the purchase, and so fair Sue and her great team have nailed it!Thanks again, and I look forward to continuing to do business with you.
