They were very respectful, explained their work in advance, gave me an estimate and explained what they did and did not know yet. They were careful throughout the process to explain what they were doing and we’re happy to have me watch. The final result was excellent work, neatly cleaned up. Today we needed to get some pipes repaired in our basement. I contacted True Service Plumbing and within minutes was able to speak to Nico. He was very pleasant over the phone and let me know he would be there within the hour - which he was. He did a review of the situation we had and explained everything to me crystal clear and provided the quote upfront (very reasonable). I proceeded with the work and he let me know he would be about an hour - and to my surprise he was very accurate in his time estimate. Nico was very friendly and open to answer any questions I had - about the current issue and otherwise and gave me tips for future work or plumbing.
