I had a fast-leak valve and called several plumbers but none could come until the next day or 2! Leak was so fast I had shut off the water main-no water for 2 days?! That should have labeled it an emergency! Eric came within a couple of hours and fixed it all up in another hour. Cleaned up everything, too, and verified no more leaks before he left. Thanks very much again, Eric; major save.

Eric showed up in a timely manner and was the ONLY plumber in the last five + years to actually address the issue.Some details. I've been dealing with clogged drains in a property I own ever since I bought it. I would have a plumber out, he would snake the line, saying it's all taken care of, and a few months later it would be clogged again. Eric took the time to actually diagnose the issue. The main line was fully stopped, he determined it hadn't been fully snaked in many years. Instead, the other guys most likely just punched a small hole in it - just enough to get it flowing.Anyway, Eric spent a few hours snaking all of the lines, then he scoped them as well, insuring they were fully clear. And he spent the time fully explaining what he did. He's been the only plumber I've really felt comfortable with. Cannot recommend him enough!!
I was very happy with the integrity, knowledge, and quality of Eric with White Oak Plumbing. He installed some equipment in my home, asked about my water heater’s last drain servicing and drained it for free, showing me some hard water buildup on a two year old water heater, and charged a reasonable price for the main work. He was the fastest to get back to me following a couple of plumber inquiries i had made, and I’m very glad I went with White Oak Plumbing. He explained things clearly, cleaned up the workspace thoroughly and was a delight to talk to during the service visit. Go with this company. You’ll be pleased with the result!
Im slow to send in my review but thank you to Eric (and his son) for taking care of us!!We had a main water line leak suddenly labor day weekend, ans they were able to get to us quickly and efficiently, and got everything back up to parr. They were even able to get out to me the afternoon before our apppintment due to time freeing up!Very reasonable pricing as well.
The shower head in my bathroom started to leak and I could not get it shut off. We tried to replace the cartridge ourselves, but due to a previous botched installation years ago were unable to remove it. We were referred to Eric and I could not be more thrilled with how things turned out! He returned my call right away, was very professional and fit me in the same day since he was going to be close to my area of town. His card is at the top of my "awesome service" pile for several reasons. First of all, he removed his shoes before coming in (without me having to ask) which is important to me because we just moved in and have new carpet, he was super personable and easy to talk to, he quickly identified the problem and obviously knew what he was doing, and he spent the extra time to be creative in getting out the cartridge so he did not have to cut a hole in wall of my shower. This saved me a lot of money and I know from experience that most people would have just quickly cut a hole and charged me for it. He also gave me some tips because he noticed there is a small hole in the bottom of my shower surround so he explained to me how I could repair it myself. I really appreciated that he took the time to go above and beyond. I also felt that the amount I paid was extremely reasonable and I liked that he was able to take credit cards instead of just cash or checks. That made it really easy and convenient for me. I highly recommend White Oak Plumbing and he will be my first call next time I need plumbing work! Thanks again Eric!
