Callaway installed 3 brand new toilets in my home. Blair is fast to respond with quotes and to book services. Jordan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Price was competitive and the service was completed quickly after confirming the quote. I would definitely contract with Callaway again.
Absolutely top notch service from Callaway plumbing. They were fast and efficient at fixing a water leak we had on our property. Jarret was great at keeping us updated on what was being done to remedy to leak. Will use then again without hesitation
Bob from Callaway Plumbing was so great in addressing a groundwater issue at our building. He was here for a groundwater inspection and quickly diagnosed a pump failure. He fixed the pump very fast which solved the issue. Bob was prompt, friendly, courteous, worked quickly and didn't try to upsell anything. We'll happily have Callaway back for any future building drain issues.
I have to say just how blown away I was by their service, expertise and efficiency. Absolutely the best in the business. Old school values and great skills. Rob was amazing, sociable, super knowledgeable and just overall great customer service. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies and some were twice the cost !!! I’m so happy I went with callaway. I will use them from now on for all my gas/plumbing needs. You guys are the best and most reasonably priced !! Congratulations to you on a top notch company. ???? you should be very proud. I will never anyone else. Now that I’ve found you. Thank you for all you do.
We were thrilled to find a plumbing company, especially with so many projects and renovations ahead of us. Their reviews were glowing, and we truly thought we had found the right fit. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a complete nightmare. This company visited our home multiple times and each visit resulted in significant issues. The company sent an invoice yesterday demanding immediate payment. We have no objection to paying once another company properly fixes the problems their work caused, as we will not allow them back.Issue 1: When relocating the vanity pipes, the technician sliced through a drain pipe. This damage was neither repaired nor disclosed to us. We discovered it ourselves just before closing the wall for the vanity installation. Had we not noticed it, the resulting water damage would have been severe.Issue 2: During the dishwasher installation, the technician caused a large and very noticeable nick in the electrical wiring. He did not mention this and stated the job was complete. We discovered the damaged wiring only when measuring for the toe-kick.Issue 3: The kitchen sink faucet was installed with an extra piece that prevents the faucet from retracting properly. Instead of the weight pulling the faucet back into its home position, it now hangs loosely. We provided a photo, but the company accused us of lying, so we offered to send a video showing the issue clearly.Issue 4 (minor but irritating): The toilet ring was not reinstalled when the toilet was reconnected. This is a basic step and reflects a pattern of carelessness.Issue 5: We accepted an estimate of $195 for the fridge water line and hookup. However the fridge was never actually hooked up and we will not allow the company back. Instead of adjusting the price to reflect the incomplete work, the owner increased the charge to $225.The owner has been aggressive, condescending, and dismissive of our concerns, despite the fact that his company made errors on every single job they performed. We have already stated that we will pay once another company has corrected these issues. Instead of acknowledging responsibility, the owner has threatened to place a lien on our home - less than 24 hours after sending the invoice.
