Couldn't be happier. Sarah provided a clear quote with detailed options and no pressure. The next day, Sarah and Micah installed a new hot water heater. Communication was excellent throughout, including arrival times and questions along the way. The installation was done well, the old tank was removed, and everything was left tidy. Amazing work done by Nick on a complex issue that previous plumbers (from well-known companies in Victoria) were unwilling or unable to fix. His diagnostic and clinical plumbing skills are unmatched. His perseverance and dedication to solving the problem meant he spent hours doing finicky and detailed work - and he did this with humble confidence and a smile! Cost was more than reasonable. This was my second time using them and both experiences have been great. Sarah was our most recent technician and did an excellent job. She was easy to work with and very transparent. I’ve never felt ripped off with this company. Their pricing is fair and they don’t try to add unnecessary costs.I’ll use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
