I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Simmons Plumbing. I called them out for a stopped-up toilet. They ran a snake through the toilet and charged me $1,200. Just a few days later, the toilet was backing up again with the exact same issue.When I contacted them about the problem returning, they said I would have to pay another service fee for them to come back out — even though the issue was clearly never properly fixed the first time.For that price, I expected the problem to actually be resolved, not temporarily patched. I feel like I paid a premium price for a quick fix that didn’t last. I cannot recommend a company that charges that much and doesn’t stand behind their work.Very frustrating experience.
I called Simmons plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They did a fantastic job. Keaton and his partner were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They put down tarps and wore foot protection to avoid getting debris in the house. Very well done all the way around. I will use Simmons for future needs.

I've had some plumbing issues before and have had other companies come out, but Simmons Plumbing has been the best by far! Came out on a weekend for a water heater issue and they replaced it with ease. Amazing customer service, family friendly, and Veteran friendly. Top notch in my books! I will be using them for any and all plumbing needs from now on.
