The workers were very polite and answered all my questions with easy to understand the problem. I was shown all of the issues related to my hot water heater and I was given options for the repair/replacement. I first replaced all the pipes, but later had to replace the whole tank and the company was very happy to assist me with the whole process. I was also provided assistance with the payment and given options with that as well. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the customer service over the telephone and with the work crew that completed the job. I recommend this company with 100% satisfaction!

I got a heater from Done Right Today. I called and Richie came out and did an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me the 3 different heaters I could get and I chose the double heater. (Lennox.) Great price, the men came and put it in and were very clean and cleaned up after themselves at the end. It runs beautiful, I love it!
"Buy a house", they said. "it's the American Dream!" They claimed. Until you are taking a shower and the water temps start to fall before the rinse cycle. So I needed a new heater. Lovely. I spoke to a couple of local hardware shops, and the prices they quoted me might have been ok for some people but I didn't have a briefcase of cash sitting stashed iny home, so I needed other options. A brief Google search brought me to "Done Right Plumbing", and they were local so I thought "??????? couldn't hurt." Only a few short moments of convo with Jessica (hope I remembered the name correctly) and not only did I have a number that fit my budget, but the product (according to both Google and customer reviews) was superior to what the hardware store was selling. Sold me. When Technician Chris showed up, he was courteous, competent and quick - got my heater installed properly and the setup looks fantastic. I am back among the privileged with my warm showers and "Done Right Plumbing" saved the day! Thank you so much!
