Warning do not use this company. We had a project we needed them for for a bathroom. We tore it all out. It was completely ready for them to do the plumbing work on. We hired them to do the plumbing and the Electrical. On the day came for them to set the tub and get everything in for the shower They ended up having a little party in our bathroom not only were the three people there to do the work but guys just seen the truck on the side of the road so they popped into my house at one point I think there was nine of them in my bathroom. Come to the end of the day it's Friday. He says he did a walk around with me, but he didn't at all. He tidy up, said he was done tub was set. Welcome to notice once drywall and everything else starts to come in to play that the showerhead is almost like 3 inches from the ceiling so it's really hard to put a shower up. The pipes for the water were pushed out of the wall too far so when you end up, putting your actual faucet knobs on, they hang way the hell out that should've been pushed way back the actual line for the showerhead and your tap and then the drain doesn't line up straight at all. On the other end by our sink, the vent line was done wrong. It's dripping humidity on my insulation up in my attic that all needed to be fixed and replaced. And let's not get into the electrical as I wanted them to put my fan and light in the centre of the room that was not done. I also asked them to send her the light in the shower and of course like everything else in that shower it was not centered. It was put way closer to the showerhead front then in the middle.. I've emailed them a few times. They responded once basically pointing fingers at me that I should've could've should've done this or that when we paid them to do what we're not experts that they're supposed to be the expert at and we ended up having to stop having them come to our house and get another company to come in and fix everything. Please stay away from them. After emailing them not one person called not one person came by the address to look at it personally themselves to see what they could do to fix it. It just basically said screw you. Again, do not use this company.
Ryan and his team were OUTSTANDING! They communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Their pricing was more than reasonable. They were polite and professional at all times and truly gave us confidence that the job would be taken care of properly! I would highly recommend RFG for all your plumbing and electrical needs, regardless of the size of the job!

I would highly recommend RFG plumbing. They do fantastic work. Had major plumbing projects that need to be done with my first house . Any issues that came up they would tell me right away and great explanation on what needed to be done and also on the progress at the end of the day. Trish at the office is also fantastic help. Any questions that I had by email or by phone she answered quickly and patiently when I didn’t know what I need to do with applications forms. They also give times to show up and are there. Great help to schedule the day.
