I had a drainage issue on Saturday morning. Made a call and booked me in for the following evening between 7pm-9pm. I received a call at 330pm on Sunday, from Gwen. They thankfully had a cancelation and was able to show for 5pm. Shane and Hunter showed up. Assessed my issue, came up with a solution. And gave me my quote before starting the work. I really liked the transparency.Shane was great for showing me what was wrong and what created the blockage. And had my family doing laundry in no time.I would recommend Rotor Rooter to anyone. Great customer service from phone to door step. Fair pricing , prompt service. What else can you ask.I would do service again....Hopefully not for a while :) A+, Good job !!
So far we are very pleased. We were able to get a time to suit our schedule. They came at said times. Nice to deal with. Gave us some options that no other companies did, and so far the hydroscrubbing has done its thing. We opted in for the yearly inspection which included a camera going to the city sewer--for us it is peace of mind and well worth it.

From my initial contact to helping navigate and coordinate who I needed to talk with, she helped me walk through all the steps and was extremely patient in answering my questions. She provided excellent customer service. That being said, the whole team from the technicians to the specialists all were knowledge, thorough and helpful. I was having issues with my drain line in the basement. They were quick in responding, addressing and correcting the issue. So far I’ve been very happy with the outcomes.Thank you!
